Some domain name providers bundle various levels of support with their services. Some will force you to make changes yourself or hire help (at your own expense, of course) whenever your domain name needs something configured. Others will make certain services available for an additional fee. And then there are those that will take care of virtually anything you need.
When deciding where to buy your domain name, be sure to verify you are getting all the service you need (or not paying for service you don't need, especially if you plan to hire your existing webmasters or internal staff).
